I recently recorded a video on my iPhone, but before I connected it to iTunes I accidentally deleted it. It is vital that I get it back but after extensive Google searching, I can't find any program that can recover lost files for iPhone. Any help on what program I could use would be greatly appreciated!!

Step 2. iPhone data recovery program, click "Recover from iOS device" on top, and click “Start Scan”.
Step 3. You will see deleted photos, videos, and other data listed in page below, select "Camera Roll" or "Photo Stream" and you can preview deleted photos. Choose those you want to recover and press "Recover" button.
Note: if you are iPhone 4/3GS users, you need to enter DFU mode to recover data from iPhone 4S without backup.
Here are the steps to enter DFU mode.
1) Hold your device and press "Start" button.
2) Hold "Power" and "Home" buttons simultaneously for exact 10 seconds.
3) Release the "Power" button after 10 seconds but keep holding the "Home" button for another 10 seconds. Release it until you are informed successfully entering device system. Then click "Start Scan" to find out your iPhone deleted data files
